On-Location Corporate Headshots in Mandeville, LA
Open most company About pages and you’ll find twelve people photographed in twelve different places: a wedding crop, a car selfie, a photo from a job three companies ago. Clients notice, even if they never say so.
A cohesive professional image begins with the people behind your business. From small teams to large organizations, Bellus brings a thoughtfully organized photography experience to your workplace, creating polished, consistent headshots with minimal disruption to your workday.
I’m Paige Henderson, the owner of Bellus Photography in Mandeville. On this page I’ll walk you through how an on-location team day works, what it takes from you, and how every person on your team ends up with a headshot that matches.

Why Matching Team Headshots Matter
When a potential client or a job candidate opens your About page, the staff photos tell them something before they read a word. Mismatched, outdated or clearly self-taken photos suggest a company that lets details slide. A consistent set says the opposite.
It matters inside the company too. Once everyone has a current, professional headshot, it shows up everywhere at once:
- Your website's team and About pages
- Email signatures and proposals
- LinkedIn profiles
- Press releases and award announcements
- Recruiting posts and job listings
One organized session fixes all of them.
How On-Location Headshots Work
I bring a mobile studio to your office: lighting, backdrop and camera, set up in a conference room or another open space. Your team is photographed without leaving the building, and nobody loses half a day driving to a studio and back.
Every person is photographed with the same lighting, the same background and the same framing, from the newest hire to the CEO. That consistency is the whole point. When the photos go up together, they read as one company.
What makes a set of team headshots match
Matching takes more than one backdrop. Five things have to stay the same from the first person to the last:
- Lighting. The same direction and softness on every face.
- Background. The same color and tone, or the same texture.
- Framing. The same crop, so heads sit at the same height on the page.
- Posture and angle. A consistent pose, adjusted to each person.
- Expression range. Everyone warm, or everyone more formal, so nobody looks out of place next to a colleague.
I hold all five steady through the day, so the person photographed at 4 p.m. matches the one photographed at 9 a.m.
What I need from your office
A quiet room with a door is ideal, so people can relax in front of the camera without an audience walking past.
Company Image Day
A Company Image Day is how I photograph a whole team in one organized visit. It is designed for companies that need consistent staff headshots, leadership portraits, recruiting imagery and website updates, delivered through an efficient, guided process.
It is ideal for:
- Staff headshots
- Leadership teams
- Website refreshes
- New office launches
- Annual updates
Your Office or My Studio?
Both can produce a matching set. The right choice depends on your team.
| At your office | At my Mandeville studio | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Larger groups, or everyone in one visit | Small teams and people on different schedules |
| Time away from work | A few minutes per person, down the hall | A trip to the studio |
| Scheduling | One day, set time slots | Individual appointments |
| What you provide | A room that can be set aside for the session | Nothing |
| Consistency | Same setup for every person | Same setup for every person |
If you’re not sure which fits, tell me your headcount and I’ll recommend one.
Corporate Headshots on the Northshore
Plenty of Northshore offices sit in a handful of business corridors: Columbia Street in downtown Covington and the Highway 190 and Highway 21 corridors, Old Mandeville and Mandeville’s highway business corridor, and the Water Street riverfront, the Highway 22 corridor and Fairview Oaks Office Park in Madisonville. Wherever your office is, the setup is the same.
My studio is at 111 N. Causeway Blvd., Suite 208, in Mandeville, in an office park near the Causeway with free parking on site. Here is roughly how far it is from nearby towns:
| Coming from | Drive to the studio |
|---|---|
| Mandeville | In town |
| Covington | About 15 minutes |
| Madisonville | About 15 minutes |
| Abita Springs | About 20 minutes |
If You're the One Organizing It
If you’re the office manager, marketing coordinator or practice administrator who was handed this job, here is what it takes from you.
You tell me how many people, where and roughly when. I build the plan for the day and direct every person in front of the camera. You do not have to coach anyone, or explain to anyone how to stand.
Organizer's checklist
- Count everyone who needs a headshot, including people who work remotely part of the week
- Pick a date when most of the team is in the office
- Reserve a room for the day
- Decide on a dress guideline (for example, jackets, or no logos) and share it with the team a week ahead
- Send me a link to your current team page, so I can match its style or improve on it
- Make a list of anyone who needs a leadership portrait or a group photo as well
- Share the time-slot schedule with the team two or three days before
Timing tips
- Avoid your busiest days. Month-end, payroll week or a big deadline means people show up rushed, and it shows.
- Mornings tend to be easier. People are fresher, and the day hasn’t pulled anyone into meetings yet.
- Line it up with a launch. If a new website, office or rebrand is coming, schedule the session a few weeks ahead so the photos are ready in time.
How a Team Day Runs
1. Planning
We start with your headcount, the look you want and where the images will be used. I build the plan around your workday.
2. Scheduling
Each person gets a time slot, so work continues and nobody waits in a line.
3. Guided sessions
I direct every person through posture, positioning and expression. Plenty of people have never had a professional headshot, and some are dreading it. They do not need to know what to do.
4. Choosing images
Each person chooses their image with my guidance.
5. Retouching and delivery
Each selected portrait is individually retouched and hand-finished, including natural skin refinement, color and tonal adjustments, removal of temporary distractions like blemishes, and final artistic polishing while preserving the details that make you look like you. The finished images are delivered as one consistent set.
Matching Your Company's Existing Headshots
Sometimes you don’t need a whole new set. You need three new people to match the twenty already on your website.
I can match your company’s headshot background if it is a certain color. If it has a texture or a special look, you can send it to me and I can add it to the finished images, or I can deliver them on a transparent background so your team or web designer can place them.
In the studio I have white, brown and black paper backgrounds, and pink, blue and brown textured backgrounds. Other colors are available by request, and I have a large digital library of backgrounds I can add in post-processing.
Leadership Portraits and Team Photos
A Company Image Day can cover more than individual headshots. Leadership teams are part of it, photographed in the same style, so the leadership page, the About page and your recruiting materials all match.
If a leader needs a more planned portrait for press, a board or a speaking bio, that is an executive session.
Commercial Portraits for Your Website and Marketing
Commercial portraits are team and leadership portraits made for use across your business: the website, marketing materials, annual reports and press. They are photographed in one consistent style, so a portrait in a brochure matches the one on your leadership page.
If you are planning a website refresh or a new office launch, schedule the portraits to line up with it. New photos are the fastest way to make a refreshed site look new.
New Hires and Annual Updates
Teams change. Many companies refresh their headshots once a year, which keeps every photo current and catches everyone who has joined since the last one.
Getting a Quote
Team headshots are quoted per project. To put one together, I need to know:
- How many people are being photographed
- Whether I come to your office or your team comes to the studio
- How many retouched images each person needs
- Whether you also want leadership portraits
- Your timing, and any deadline such as a website launch
Send me those details and I’ll reply with a plan and a quote for your team.

Corporate Headshot Questions
How is pricing handled for team headshots?
Team headshots are quoted per project, based on your headcount, the location and how many images each person needs. Send me those details and I’ll put together a quote.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. I bring a mobile studio to your workplace, so your team is photographed without leaving the building.
Some of our team hate being photographed. Is that a problem?
No. I give every person clear direction, so nobody is left wondering what to do with their hands or their face, and the pace stays relaxed.
What should our team wear?
Solid colors and well-fitted, professional clothing photograph best. If you want a unified look, we agree on guidelines during planning and you share them with your team beforehand.
Can you match the headshots already on our website?
Yes. I can match a solid background color. If your background has a texture or a special look, send it to me and I can add it to the finished images, or I can deliver them on a transparent background.
Can you photograph our leadership team too?
Yes. Leadership teams are part of a Company Image Day, photographed in the same style as the rest of your staff.
